Meet Mrs. Tetro

I graduated from Barton College with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my seventh year teaching First Grade at West Clayton Elementary.  I have three children and a dog, named Raven Rose. 

I am a Battle of Books co-coach!

Here are a few of my favorite things:

Sport Team:   Carolina Hurricanes!  GO CANES!!!

Food:  I am a vegetarian.  Salads, Asian Food, and Cheese Pizza.

Hobby:  Reading- I love children's literature.  Painting with watercolors. 

A few of my Favorite Books:  Perry Jackson and The Olympians (ALL of them),  
The Chronicles of Narnia,  The Giving Tree-
I have too many favorites to list!

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
