Mrs. Samantha Lam
My highest priority in becoming an educator has always been to lead students towards success by drawing out the best in them. My impact as an educator relies on developing strong relationships. My number one goal is to build relationships with my students and colleagues. Rita Pierson explained it best in her Ted Talk, “Kids don’t learn from people they don’t like.” This phrase has always resonated with me and inspired my practices. I truly love coming to school every day and I want my students to feel that same excitement when they walk into my class.
