Bio: I live in Clayton with my husband and two big dogs, Scout and Ruger. My husband is my high school sweetheart and we've been together since 2007 and married since 2012. He has a Bachelor's degree from NC State in Civil Engineering, but after nearly losing his life in 2013 from a serious work accident, he was led to public service in law enforcement. We are very excited to be welcoming our first child in October of this year! I am AIG certified and am currently working on my National Board certification. My passion is to inspire students to think creatively and become problem-solvers.
