About Me

College: Campbell University- Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education

Bio: I live in Clayton with my husband, daughter, and two big dogs. My husband is my high school sweetheart and we've been together since 2007 and married since 2012. He has a Bachelor's degree from NC State in Civil Engineering, but after nearly losing his life in 2013 from a serious work accident, he was led to public service in law enforcement. My daughter, Clara, will be turning one this October. I am AIG certified and am currently working on my National Board certification. My passion is to inspire students be problem-solvers and more than anything- model great character.

Hobbies: Shopping, spending time with my family & friends, traveling, watching fireworks, crafting, putting puzzles together, and decorating
