  • Bio

I live in Clayton with my husband, daughter, and two big dogs. My husband is my high school sweetheart and we've been together since 2007. He has a Bachelor's degree from NC State in Civil Engineering, but after nearly losing his life in 2013 from a serious work accident, he was led to public service in law enforcement. My daughter, Clara, will be turning two this October. I am AIG certified and am currently working on my National Board certification. My passion is to inspire students to be problem-solvers and to grow their character and academics.
