Mrs. Courtney Severance
Welcome back to school!!
Hello everyone! My name is Courtney Severance. This will be my 11th year working at West Clayton. I graduated from East Carolina University (Go Pirates! Arrrrgggg) in 2012 and joined the West Clayton team right away. I am a former student of this school, and Clayton is very close to my heart. I currently live in Four Oaks with my husband and two children. My husband and I got married in 2011 right after he served 4 years in the Marine Corps. We have 2 fur babies, our dog (Harper) and cat (Max) as well as 2 snakes! (Kit Kat and Pricilla). We have a handsome little boy named Connor who just turned 8 this summer, and a little girl turning 3 in October (Olivia). Connor will be in 2nd grade here at West Clayton. I am excited to start this school year and see where this journey takes us!
Here are some of my favorites:
Season: Fall
Color: purple
Candy: m&m's, sour patch kids, Reeses cups
Birthday: October 7th
Number: 7
Animal: Dog, sea turtle (Go Foana!) and penguin
