My name is Michael Llaury.

I teach World history here at SSS. I taught 8th grade social studies for seven years at Selma Middle School. I graduated from North Carolina State University where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Middle School Education with a concentration in Language Arts and Social Studies. I am very excited about beginning a new school year and look forward to getting to know all my wonderful students!   • JCPS to implement state-of-the-art security systems

    At the November Regular Session Board of Education meeting, the Board voted unanimously to improve safety and security in Johnston County Public Schools by implementing state-of-the-art security systems in each of the district’s schools.

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
