Janet Lee
Hi Selma Middle Family! My name is Janet Lee and I am your School Counselor. As your School Counselor, I hope to share with you more about mindfulness, mental health, and overall wellness. I truly believe that when we put ourselves first and value our own mental health and self, we can then pour into others and make their lives better. It is my job and my pleasure to help you learn skills and techniques that will lead to a more confident you which can then lead to a more successful life. Remember that you are in control of the choices you make. I look forward to working with each of you this year.
