Ms. Carla Diaz

Hello! Welcome to the 2022-23 school year! My name is Ms. Carla Diaz, and I am the ESL teacher at North Johnston Middle. This is my 11th year teaching in Johnston County Public Schools and my 10th year teaching ESL. In addition to teaching in Johnston County, I have also lived and taught in Honduras. I enjoy baking, reading, spending time with my 3 daughters, and watching Star Trek. I also speak Spanish, so if you ever have any questions or needs, feel free to reach out to me. 

I am so excited to be a part of the Jaguar family this year!

¡Hola! ¡Bienvenido al año escolar 2022-23! Mi nombre es Carla Diaz y soy maestra de Inglés como Segundo Idioma (ESL) en North Johnston Middle. Este es mi undécimo año enseñando en las Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Johnston y mi décimo año enseñando ESL. Además de enseñar en el condado de Johnston, también he vivido y enseñado en Honduras. Disfruto hornear, leer, pasar tiempo con mis 3 hijas, y ver Star Trek.   • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
