Mrs. Michelle Murray Peedin

Welcome to 8th grade Language Arts. My name is Michelle Murray Peedin and I am super excited for the 2020-2021 school year.

I am a proud pirate from East Carolina where I was a North Carolina Teaching Fellow.  This is my 9th year teaching at Riverwood Middle School.

When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and stepson, playing sports, building/ remodeling, reading, and enjoying a good old Pepsi (The students will tell you that I may have a Pepsi addiction). My favorite place to visit is the beach. I am an avid UNC basketball fan and love music.  The students will more than likely tell you that am too energetic, but I will do anything feasible to make learning fun and productive for your children.
