Mr. Jason Archer
Welcome to 7th Grade Math I am originally from Clayton, NC. I went to Clayton Middle and Clayton High School. I am married (Kristie), with a son (Charlie), and a dog named Pennie.
I went to Johnston Community College and got my degree in education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I've worked in Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County and Alamance Burliington County schools.
I am a big fan of comic book characters; pereferably Marvel over DC, but still a fan of both. My favorite TV show is "The Big Bang Theory", which is the reason for my dog's name.
This is the start of my eigth year teaching, but my third year at Riverwood Middle School. I love teaching here at Riverwood Middle! I am very willing to work with others to get the job done. I look forward to working with everyone this year! Let's make it a great one together! Thank you.

Johnston County Public Schools has begun planning three possible reopening plans for the 2020-2021 school year in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Based upon recently released documents provided to all school districts...
Johnston County Public Schools is in the business of providing a holistic educational experience that affirms and prepares our students for successful lives by teaching not only academic disciplines but how to treat one another. We are aware of recent social media posts and other unacceptable actions that have brought attention to racial and political insensitivity, which this school district does not condone.
