Welcome to 8th Grade Science! This will be my 7th year at RMS. I previously worked for the NC Department of Agriculture for 10 years researching predators of invasive species. I have 2 daughters, Wren and Mara, that attend Johnston County Public Schools, and a husband of 22-yrs. We have several pets including dogs, cats and a red-footed tortoise.
I hope the 2022-2023 school year is a great one filled with lots of success for our 8th graders!

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
