Masters in Education from East Carolina University

Mrs. Shelley P Roberts

Hello Polenta families! I am honored to be a part of the Puma team again this year! This year I will be one of the virtual teachers for second grade! This year will certainly be different but we will all make the best of it! This is my 21st year in the classroom, and I am constantly reminded of how lucky I am to be able to help shape little lives.

I was born and raised in Johnston County. I earned my undergraduate and Master's degree in early childhood education from East Carolina University...go Pirates! I have three wonderful children, a rising 11th grade daughter, an eighth grade son, and a rising third grade daughter! I am married to my very best friend and biggest supporter, who works for Farm Bureau.

When we have family time we love being at Lake Gaston, being outside, and going to the movies! I believe in lots of family time and supporting one another.

"It takes a big heart to open little minds"
