Welcome to STEM

Hi my name is  Mistie Pulleyn (pronounced Pull Lean) and I will be starting the new STEM enhancement position for the 2019-2020 school year.  I have been in the teaching profession for 20 years.  I have worked at the Department of Defense School System in KY and Germany and then moved to North Carolina in 2007.  This is my 9th year in the Johnston County School System.  I have my bachelors degree in Elementary Education, Special Education, Hearing Impaired K-12 and my Masters Degree Education in Curriculum.

I am so excited to start this new journey with the students this year.
