Kathleen Ritchie

Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!

My name is Kathy Ritchie.  This is my 18th year of teaching. I have taught 3rd grade for 11 of those years. I have also taught first grade, second grade and kindergarten. This is my first year in 4th grade and I am so excited! I have three children. My son, Jennings, is 22 and my daughters, Eliza and Virginia, are 21. I have been married for 26 years! I also have two sweet dogs named Levi and Sadie Blu:)

I attended the University of Georgia where I received a bachelor's degree in business administration, and then attended the University of Arkansas where I received a bachelors degree in elementary education. I am so  grateful to be a part of the Riverwood team! It is an AMAZING place to  work and learn.
