Mrs. Erin Haskins
WELCOME TO MRS. HASKINS' HOUNDS!!!
Hi! My name is Erin Haskins and I love being a part of the Riverwood Elementary "family"! I am originally from southern Virginia. My husband, our two girls and I made Clayton our new home 11 years ago. My oldest daughter is a freshman at NC State this year (Go Pack!) and my youngest is a sophomore at Clayton High School (Go Comets!)!
I'm entering my twenty-third year of teaching. I'm thrilled to be teaching your child in second grade this year! My past experience includes teaching kindergarten through third grade. I was also our school's Literacy Support Coach six years ago. I hold a master's degree in Literacy and you'll learn that teaching reading is my passion!
I'm very excited to have your child as a part of my class this year. We're going to have a great time learning, exploring, and enjoying being a part of our own second grade "family"! :)
