This is my 14th year teaching at River Dell Elementary. During my tenure, I have taught second and fifth grade. North Carolina has always been my home. I attended Johnston County Schools, then Johnston Community College, and finally Barton College in Wilson, NC, where I earned my teaching licensure. After spending several years in a business career,  I was inspired to teach by reflecting on the wonderful experiences I had in school and the opportunities my education afforded me.  My desire is to foster a love of learning within your child and help them become lifelong learners.
