I have been teaching Physical Education and Health since 1996.  I love helping students understand and achieve goals of getting in shape, understanding their body and what they are capable of doing with a little bit of work.  I love Crossfit and high Intensity Training type of exercises.  I am competitive by nature, and these type of workout progressions keep me focused and attentive to staying fit and healthy.  I try to incorporate these types of movements into my class every single day for 10 to 20 minutes of class.  The kids enjoy it because they workout but still have fun and stay motivated along the way. 

With our new environment of learning...all online, it is very important for the student to be attentive to the body and self motivated to complete exercises that we do.  Things that will help is to establish some items they can use to exercise with such as dumbells, mats, a place to complete activities at.  Some may have to make homemade weights, such as a Gallon milk jug filled with water is about 8 pounds.  I look forward to working with everyone this year and hopefully we will be at Princeton High with smiling faces soon.
