I have been teaching Physical Education and Health since 1996. I love helping students understand and achieve goals of getting in shape, understanding their body and what they are capable of doing with a little bit of work. I love Crossfit and high Intensity Training type of exercises. I am competitive by nature, and these type of workout progressions keep me focused and attentive to staying fit and healthy. I try to incorporate these types of movements into my class every single day for 10 to 20 minutes of class. The kids enjoy it because they workout but still have fun and stay motivated along the way.
