BS Mathematics - Appalachian State University National Board Certification
Mrs. Alicia Stevens
My name is Alicia Stevens and I look forward to an awesome year at PHS! This will be my 18th year teaching, and I am sure it will be my best year yet! I graduated high school in 2001 from Rosewood, and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Appalachian State University where I was a part of their Teaching Fellows Program. (Go Mountaineers!) Ten years ago, I became National Board Certified in Mathematics as well.
Outside of school, I am a wife to a wonderful husband (Brad) and mother to two rambunctious little ones (Luke and Gatlin). I am sure you will hear about all of them at some point this year. I am also very involved in my local church, The Bridge (Mount Olive), working with their outreach and kids ministries.
If you need me for anything this year, please do not hesitate to email me (aliciastevens@johnston.k12.nc.us) or send me a message through Remind.
