This is my 12th year as an Exceptional Children's teacher at Princeton Elementary.  In addition, I was a teacher assistant for 9 years at Mirco-Pine Level Elementary School.  I am a 1984 graduate of North Johnston High School (go Panthers!). I graduated from East Carolina University in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education (K-12) with a Reading Certificate.  I have two grown children children, ages 23 and 32.  My son is a Diesel Mechanic with Gregory Poole, and my daughter also works with Johnston County Public Schools.  I love reading,  exercising, jogging, music, math, and helping others.

  • Updated Social Distancing Procedures

Information on social distancing in school settings has been recently updated by the NC Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). Upon receiving information from the NCDHHS, we consulted with the Johnston County Public Health Department on the impact these updates will have on our school system. This ongoing collaboration continues to guide our decision-making as students return to classrooms for in-person instruction.
