Mrs. Barber

I am Bonnie Barber. I am excited to be a part of your child’s 1st grade school year.  Together we will develop a love for learning. Throughout this year we will be on an amazing journey which will help build a foundation for becoming a lifelong learner. Together we will be learning how to read; write; work with numbers; explore & ask questions & always try to do our very best.

I have lived in Princeton most of my life. I graduated from ECU in 1986 and I received my Master's Degree from Campbell University in 2008. I am married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I am starting my 26th year of teaching.  In my early years of teaching, I was a reading specialist.  I love teaching 1st grade because of my passion for reading.

I look forward to working with you & your “shining” star!

It is going to be an AMAZING 5 Star year!
