Mrs. Tanya M. Hoy

Hello! I'm so glad you're going to be apart of my ninth year as a 7th grade English Language Arts teacher at North Johnston Middle School.  I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a BS degree in Business Administration in 1990, and then from Regis University in Denver with an M.Ed in 2000. My husband and I have been married for 28 years and we have three sons. Nicholas (25), an Army veteran, Eric (22) a US Marine, and Ian (16) is in 11th grade.  I have a dog named Juliette and two cats, Tiger Lilly and Jags.  I still compete with the US Masters Swimming program.  I've been teaching for over twenty years!  English Language Arts is tons of fun and I look forward to having you in my class:)
