Degrees and Certifications:
Welcome! This is my fourth year at NJMS as a counselor. Previously I worked in a neighboring county as an elementary school counselor. I'm excited to be working in the county I call home and in such a wonderful community. Before becoming a school counselor, I attended Campbell University and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology degree. I then attended graduate school at Campbell and obtained a Master of Education in School Counseling degree. At NJMS, I primarily work with 6th graders and one team of 7th grade. As a counselor my main role is providing students with individual counseling. I also teach classroom guidance to students monthly. If you have questions about Backpack Buddies, Angel Tree, or proctoring please feel free to contact me. I love working with my jaguar students, but when I'm not at NJMS, I enjoy watching HGTV, traveling, photography and taking care of my son and daughter.
