Mr. David Anderson
I was born and raised in Pine Level, NC. I graduated from North Johnston High School in 1992. After graduation, I was paralyzed in an automobile accident just 9 days afterwards. I spent the summer in the hospital, and then enrolled at NC State University just 6 days after getting out of the hospital. While at NC State, I was a member of Delta Sigma Phi social fraternity and Omega Pi honors fraternity. I was also a member of the NC State Crew (rowing) team, where I was the coxswain for the Women's Varsity 4 team. Finally, I was a statitician/manager for the NC State Men's Basketball team. I graduated from NC State in May of 1997 with a BS in Secondary Math Education. In December of 2008, I received my Master's Degree in Secondary Math Education from Campbell University.
I am starting my seventh year as the Student Advocate at North Johnston High School. I am also the Men's and Women's Tennis Coach.

Trades and Classified Job Fair 2023
Johnston County Public Schools will hold it's annual Trades & Classified Job Fair on Saturday, June 24. The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Smithfield-Selma High School, 700 M Durwood Stephenson Pkwy, Smithfield, NC 27577.

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
