Ms. Myra Youngblood
My name is Myra Youngblood. I graduated from Meredith College in 1986 with a BS in Business Administration. After working in management and design for 19 years, I decided to obtain a teaching certification from ECU. I was part of the NC Teach/Project ACT cohort with Johnston County. I have been a Business Education teacher at McGee's Crossroads Middle School since 2005. I have served as a mentor for beginning teachers for the last few years.
My hobbies include traveling, swimming, reading, dancing, and spending lots of time at the beach.

The Johnston County Education Foundation has changed its grant process from a three cycle a year process, to a once a year process. The grant deadline will now be November 15th each year and Grant Patrol will be held on the first Wednesday of December.
