Welcome to my website! I am a fourth grade math and science teacher and have been teaching for 15 years. I earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education from Campbell University as well as an AIG certification.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, traveling and hiking.
To my past 4th Graders: Have an amazing summer filled with lots of joy, laughter, and relaxation. I will miss you and cannot wait to see your bright, shining face in the hallway next year!

JCPS Summer Hours
Johnston County Public Schools will be moving to summer office hours on June 13. School and district offices will operate on a four-day work week. Offices will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays. The summer schedule will continue until August 11. All offices will be closed on July 4.

2022 Summer Information Fair Dates Set
Johnston County Public Schools is always striving to provide students and families with exemplary service. In most cases, school bus transportation is essential for many students to access a quality education. In order to meet our daily goal, it is necessary to implement change that enhances and improves our overall operation. As we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, JCPS Transportation Services and School Nutrition will be hosting a Summer Information Fair at each high school.

2022 Growth Needs Update

JCPS to Utilize New Website for Bus Updates
Our district is launching a new portion of our website to further communicate bus delays and replacements with our families. We encourage those who have a student who utilizes our transportation to get to or from school to visit www.johnston.k12.nc.us/busdelays for updates on our school bus routes beginning Tuesday, January 18.
