About Mrs. Wall:
I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Tahiti.
Tahiti and its surrounding 117 smaller islands make up French Polynesia (an overseas collectivity of the French Republic) where French is the official language although Tahitian (Reo Maohi, similar to Hawaiian) is the native language. I have always loved to travel so after graduating from Lycée Paul Gauguin in'89 (High School), I left my little tropical island to study at Graceland University in Lamoni, IA. During my Junior year, I attended the Institute of Spanish Studies in Valencia, Spain for a year where I met my husband, Daniel Wall, a North Carolina native (Willow Spring). We have a beautiful daughter, Cheyenne Wall, who will be graduating in May 2019 from the U.S. Air Force Academy. We also have a handsome 10th grader at Cleveland High.I hold a Masters degree in Education (with a specialty in ESL instruction) from Meredith College. I hold teaching licenses in French, Spanish, and ESL. I have been teaching at Cleveland High since it opened its doors in 2010 so this year will be my 9th year teaching E.S.L (English as a Second Language) at Cleveland High and my 6th year teaching French. I am looking forward to teaching and serving our Cleveland High students.
