Ms. Sandra R. Standley
My name is Ms. Standley and I am thrilled to work with you this year. I look forward to a happy and fun semester. Here's a little information about me: I teach English and English electives. I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I am the proud owner of three bunnies and a little dog. I love reading, knitting, watching movies, and most of all: eating. My favorite foods are rice and ramen. And again, I hope that English will be exciting and lovely for us all this year. See you soon!
I have truly enjoyed working with you all this year. Thank you for being so wonderful during this crazy time. Enjoy your summer! Email me if you need anything! HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND SAFE SUMMER!! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU IN AUGUST!
Johnston County Public Schools is in the business of providing a holistic educational experience that affirms and prepares our students for successful lives by teaching not only academic disciplines but how to treat one another. We are aware of recent social media posts and other unacceptable actions that have brought attention to racial and political insensitivity, which this school district does not condone.
As the school year comes to a close, please note that JCPS meal service will now operate at 9 sites during the summer months, rather than the previous 14. Summer meal service will begin Monday, June 1.
