Mrs. Emily Parker

I am one of the original teachers at Cleveland High School--I've been here since we opened in 2010. I teach Honors American History I and II, as well as Honors Johnston County History. I use Google Classroom for all of my classes, so all of your information can be found there.

I also am the Women's and Men's Tennis coach, and the JV Girl's Basketball coach.

  • There are a several things that are changing daily as we prepare for the 2020-2021 school year. However, I do know that we will be using Google Classroom as our learning platform this year. We will also be using Google Meet for our face-to-face instruction time online.

Here are the Classroom Codes for Google Classroom. Go ahead and join the class for your assigned block

  • ACCESS testing for English Language Learners

North Carolina schools are required to administer ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 to all students identified as English Learners (ELs) in the spring of each year to determine their progress in learning English. Each student is tested in four areas: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. This assessment helps us monitor their English language development.
