Welcome Back Rams!!  My name is Devonia Massengill and  I am a Business and Marketing teacher here at Cleveland High School. I serve as the FBLA and DECA Advisor for Cleveland High School. I have been teaching at Cleveland High School for 7 years.  This school year I am teaching Personal Finance, Honors Business Management and Wealth Management. If you are taking one of my classes or another Business/Marketing Class please consider joining FBLA or DECA. FBLA and DECA helps high school studentsprepare for careers in business and marketing through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs. These clubs get the chance to compete at the state and national level. Please let me know if you need more information or are interested in becoming a member of FBLA, DECA or both.

  • JCPS Outdoor Mask Mandate Lifted

    While face masks are still required in all of our indoor facilities, students, staff, and guests of our campuses are no longer required to wear a face covering when outdoors. Students and staff may continue to wear masks when participating in recess or outdoor activities if they choose to do so.

  • 2021-2022 JCPS Preschool applications now open

    The online application for the Johnston County Public Schools Preschool Program is now available. Parents who are interested in the JCPS Preschool Program are encouraged to apply early, as availability is on a first come, first served basis. The application window closes on June 30th.

  • JCPS releases updated graduation and prom details

    Johnston County Public Schools has updated its plan to mark senior milestones, including prom and graduation while adhering to guidance from the Johnston County Public Health Department and the CDC in regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
