Welcome students and parents to my Webpage!

I am Cynthia Giles and this will be my 5th year teaching at Cleveland High School in the Career and Technical Education Department (CTE), this semester I will be teaching Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Principles of Business and Finance.

I am looking forward to having an exciting and impactful school year. In my class, students will learn some valuable and useful skills that can be used beyond high school, and will also have the opportunity to obtain certifications in MS Word and PowerPoint!  I will encourage them to challenge themselves!  All of my assignments will be posted on google classroom therefore, students and parents will have access to material covered in class.  Please be sure to register on the Parent Portal for access to your child’s academic and school documents.   My class syllabus will be posted on each Google Classroom, and schedule posted on this site.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.  Thank you for the opportunity to teach your child. I look forward to working with you both to make this a productive and successful school year!

 Best regards,

Cynthia Hicks Giles, MS Ed.
