Mrs. Rachel Coley

I graduated from Barton College in 1993. I have been teaching third grade at Glendale-Kenly since 1993.    My favorite things to teach are reading and math!  Some of my hobbies include swimming, reading, singing, and watching basketball.  I am a HUGE Tarheel fan as you’ll notice when you enter my room.  Hope your favorite color is Carolina Blue!!!! 

I have been married to Chris Coley since 1993 and we have 2 wonderful boys.  Both boys are attending East Carolina University at this time.

Welcome back to school.  I hope you had a fantastic summer.  I look forward to meeting you on August 24th from 4:00-6:00.

The supplies you will need are:  

Crayons (24 pack), Glue Sticks (2-8 packs), Two 3 subject notebooks, 3 Composition notebooks (marble), Scissors,     1 yellow 2 pocket folder  (no prongs please), Pencils, 2 pairs of ear buds for use with technology, Pencil pouch (NO BOXES)

Wish List Items:  Kleenex, paper towels, miniature candy bars,  disinfecting wipes, pencils, blow pops, fruit snacks,  Smarties, Skittles,  M & M's, gallon, sandwich, and snack size Ziploc bags
