Ms. Mary Joe Creech
Hello! My name is Mary Joe Creech and this year I am teaching 2nd grade at GKE. This is my 9th year at Glendale-Kenly and 21st year in education. I have been an Instructional Coach at GKE and I have taught kindergarten! To tell you a little bit about myself, I was a 1988 graduate from Smithfield-Selma High School. After SSS, I earned an Associates Degree from Peace College and then continued my education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in physical education and health. Later, I added elementary education to my license. I taught physical education at Randleman Middle School and coached girl's basketball. I also coached girl's softball at Eastern Randolph High School. Later, I taught P.E., 2nd grade, and kindergarten at Cleveland Elementary before coming to GKE. From Gardner-Webb University, I earned a Master's degree in Administration. I have loved being a Wildcat and have thoroughly LOVED working with our staff, students, and parents!
Have an awesome day Wildcat!
