Mrs. Heather Davis

Welcome to Third Grade!

My name is Heather Davis and I am a third grade teacher at Glendale-Kenly Elementary School!  I have always lived in Johnston County.  I went to Kenly Elementary School, was in the first eighth grade class at North Johnston Middle School, and graduated from North Johnston High School.  I am a graduate of Barton College and this is my 24th year of teaching. I have taught first and second grades, and this is my first year teaching third grade.  I cannot wait to experience new third grade adventures this year!   You can find my classroom at the end of the 300 wing in Room 312.

I live in Kenly with my husband Matt and two children, Samantha and Avery.  I can't believe I have a senior and a freshman in high school this year!  They keep us on the go in the fall and spring with tennis, soccer, softball, and baseball. We are also members of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church.  When the kids aren't playing sports, our family enjoys snow skiing, cruising, taking road trips, going to amusement parks, relaxing at the beach, and playing cards and board games.
