Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Price

My name is Elizabeth Price. This is my 18th year of teaching. This is my 1st year full year of teaching sixth grade social studies at North Johnston Middle School.  I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and sixth grade.  As a student, I attended school at North Johnston Middle School.  My dream was to return to my community and teach. I have a 11 year old daughter and a 6 year old son.  I enjoy spending time at church, planting flowers, and reading.  In 2002, I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. In 2008, I received my Masters in Reading Education at East Carolina University. Go Pirates!  

Virtual Learning Tips and Information

  • On Monday, March 30th, our Virtual Learning will start.  Here is the link for the 10 Days of Social Studies Activities It is also in the student's Google Classroom.  The work is optional, supplemental, and it wil NOT be graded.

    The following items are REQUIRED for ELA, Math, Science, & Social Studies:

     

    • 2 pair of earbuds or headphones
    • 8 - 100 page marble cover composition notebooks  (threaded - NOT spiral bound...2 per subject area)
    • Lined loose leaf paper
    • Pencil pouch
    • #2 pencils ( will be needed all year)
    • Blue or black ink pens
    • Colored Pencils
    • Glue Sticks (10)
    • Scissors      

     

    These WISH LIST items are used throughout the year in each classroom.  We would greatly appreciate any of these items that you can donate.  Please turn in to your first block teacher! THANK YOU!!
