Ms. Lucinda Van Hoy

My name is Lucinda Van Hoy. I am in my 31st year of teaching which has all been spend at FOMS. I am an 8th grade EC teacher and teach 8th grade Language Arts and Math. 

I attended Four Oaks Elementary and Junior High. I graduated South Johnston in 1984. I attended The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated in 1988 with a BA in the area of Special Education.

I was born and raised in Four Oaks. I have 2 sons, Andrew and Austin. I also have a 14 year old Chihuahua, Baylee, who is the other female in my life!!

I absolutely love teaching!!!!!
