Mrs. Lindsey O'Neill
I miss y'all!!! I hope you all are doing well & staying healthy. Please know that even though we can't be at school right now, I am still here to support you any way I can! The quickest ways to contact me are by sending me an email, or sending a message through our Remind. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I will be on the computer Monday-Friday from 1-3 pm, and several other times throughout the day. Please always feel free to contact me!
I have posted 10 days of math activities on the homework page, in Google classroom, and they are linked on the NJMS webpage. These activities are all review (topics we have covered this year) and are optional. I hope you will take some time to complete these activities to keep your math skills fresh. Remember what I always talk about in class--8th grade math prepares us for high school math & college algebra!!! :) These activities will take around 30-45 minutes a day to complete.
I will also be hosting a Google hangout session soon. Details will be posted soon. Lastly, please join our NJMS School Counseling Google Classroom. The Access Code is hwk2hrb. Thanks!

Academy of Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing to be held at NJHS next school year for rising 9th graders
In Fall of 2020, North Johnston HIgh School will start an Academy of Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing for Freshmen.
NC Check-Ins are interim assessments developed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) that are aligned to North Carolina grade-level content standards (for reading and mathematics) and North Carolina Essential Standards (for Science).
At this time, all traditional high school graduations are still planned for May 29. Graduation ceremonies for Johnston County Early College Academy and Johnston County Career and Technical Leadership Academy will now take place on May 16th, rather than the original date of May 15th.
