Mrs. Stephenson

Hi! My name is Mrs. Melissa Stephenson.  This is my first year teaching at Meadow and I am so excited!  As a child, I grew up just down the road and attended Meadow School for grades K-8 and it is great to be back home and a part of the tribe again!  I started my career 21 years ago as an assistant teacher/bus driver and after many years of working during the day and going to school at night, I became a 5th grade teacher in 2016.  I am married with 2 children.  We have 1 dog and 2 horses.  I enjoy spending time with my family, crafting, riding horses, snow skiing, and boating on the lake.  It is my goal as a teacher to help and support every child so that they gain confidence in their abilities and feel successful!
