Hello Everyone!

My name is Denise Sumner. I graduated from UNC-W and I am currently working on obtaining my Master's Degree from NCSU.  I am a Kindergarten teacher. This is my 13th year teaching, all of which have been at Four Oaks Elementary School. I have taught Kindergarten for 9 years and First Grade for 3 years. I have a passion for helping students find a love of learning. It is important to help kids get a great start for their educational career.
