    Active Lifestyle Sheets

Parents and Students, the active lifestyle sheet is your opportunity to earn a certificate for games and sports you participate in at home.

If you are active for 45 minutes or longer,  5 out of 7 days per week, and log your activities for six weeks you have earned your certificate.

The activities should make yourheart beat fast. Playing tag, basketball, soccer or going for a long walk.

You can add your activity time together, so if you are active at recess for 20 minutes, and have PE for 50 minutes you have been active 70 minutes.

All sports and activities can be logged on the sheet. Chores, yardwork, walking the dog all count.

The activity sheet is due April 1 2019, so if you plan on playing a winter sport you can fill out the activity sheet then.

Please make sure your name and homeroom teachers name is on the sheet before you turn it in.

Certificates will be awarded at the award ceremony at the end of the year.

    Thanks,

    Larry LaPlante

  • EOG Dates

Parents, EOG dates are fast approaching! Click the headline to see the full schedule. Please help your 3rd-5th grade child do their best to be prepared for the day by making sure they are well rested, eat a good hot breakfast, and are on time for school each day of testing. Also, please do not plan to check your child out before 2:00 if you need to check them out early on testing days. For parents who like to eat lunch with students, testing days are quiet days so you may want to choose alternate days.
