Mrs. Wendy Srinivasan
My name is Wendy Srinivasan. I am in my 22nd year of teaching and this is my 13th year in Johnston County Schools. I am looking forward to a great semester and if you have any questions, please contact me using the contact form in the left column or the email link at the bottom of this page.
Teaching Intern: Emma Burwell
My name is Ngoc Burwell (Emma). I am a teacher-intern from North Carolina State University. I will be working with Mrs. Srinivasan in your child’s classroom during the fall semester. Student teaching is the final step I will take before receiving my teaching credentials. With the assistance of Mrs. Srinivasan, I will gradually take on the responsibilities of the classroom teacher.
I was born and raised in Vietnam, and I have been living in Johnston County for 14 years. Prior to working in Mrs. Srinivasan’s classroom, I have had student teaching experience in other high schools in both Wake and Johnston County. I am also a substitute teacher for Johnston County Schools. Teaching and helping students have been my passion, and I am so excited to finally be able to work in a classroom full-time.
Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Srinivasan or me if you have any questions. If there is anything that we can do to better help your child, please let us know.
