Mrs. McLamb has been the Choral Director at CHHS since the 2011-2012 school year. She graduated from Meredith College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Choral Music Education. She has a concentration in Voice and a Secondary in Piano. Previously, Mrs. McLamb has been the Director of Choral Programs at Daniels Middle School in Raleigh, NC and the Choral/Music Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy in Cary, NC. She has also been a private voice and piano instructor. Music is Mrs. McLamb's passion and she has either been a member of or the director of a choral group since she was three years old.
Mrs. Mclamb is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the North Carolina All-State Choral Festival, and a member of the NCMEA High School Choral Executive Board.
Mrs. McLamb and her husband have two boys that are very active in Church, Football, Soccer, and BMX. When she is not in rehearsal she can usually be found cheering her sons on in their many events.

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
