Hello Riverwood Ravens. Thank you for visiting my page.  I have been teaching and Coaching for over twenty years, I have a wife, Kristine and two great kids Hunter at JCC and Jordan at JCC as well. Education has changed over the years. This year, because of the Corona Virus, our education will now be online. Please visit this page for updates and announcements at Riverwood Middle School.

I teach resource classes and English and Math. Check your school emails and email me as often as you like. peterclark@johnston.k12.nc.us Together we can create learning teams within this new online platform. My Google class code is lv3rlp7. I also have several Google codes for all the teachers and classes that I work with to provide seamless learning presentation for my students.

You must be checking your teachers pages and sites to complete assignments. Review powershool and complete all missed assignments. If there is any support that you need from me, I am available everyday for online or distance learning.

  • Innovative Programs Virtual Family Information Nights Scheduled

    Johnston County Public Schools invites students and their families to learn more about our interesting options for our middle and high school students during our Virtual Information Nights on January 28 and February 4, 2021. Participants will be able to visit the virtual spaces for each program and talk with program coordinators and students from 6:00-8:00 pm.

  • JCPS transitions to Plan B for all students

    The Johnston County Board of Education voted to return all Pre-K and EC-Self Contained students to Plan B, four days per week, beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 19. These students will participate in face-to-face instruction on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesday serving as a remote learning day. All other students in grades K-12 will remain on Plan C until Monday, Feb. 1.

  • High School State Assessments Update

    On December 8th 2020, the Johnston County School Board of Education voted to return to Plan C (Remote Learning), we would like to provide an update to parents and guardians of options to complete state-mandated End-of-Course (EOC) and Career/Technical Education Post Assessment testing.
