We will use the Chromebooks almost on a daily basis to write, read articles, gather information and research, collaborate with classmates, and use online learning applications. Students are expected to use the Chromebooks in a respectful, responsible, and safe manner.

Late & Make-up Work Policy
No Zero Policy - Work must be done in a timely manner or students will need to stay for before/after school or lunch sessions until work is complete.
Absences- Per Johnston County School's Policy, students have twice the number of days absent to make up work for an excused absence. Please work with your teachers to get any assistance you may need with completing the work in a timely manner.

Classroom Rules & Expectations: (in addition to JCS and CMS policies)

Assignments: Classwork, quizzes, tests, and projects will be assigned throughout the school year. Information about these assignments will be posted on google classroom. Please keep up with these assignments and come to class prepared to participate in class activities.
Tutoring, Remediation, and Questions: I will be available for tutoring some afternoons/mornings or as needed. If a student would like to stay on for tutoring please let me know ahead of time. Students should come prepared with questions to ask or specific concerns and issues to address. I am usually always available to before school for brief tutoring sessions as well.
