Mrs. Roni Westbrook
I am originally from Dunn NC, and I graduated from Triton High School. I currently live in the Meadow Community, and I have been there for 22 years. Meadow is a little community on the other side of Benson, NC. There are two things in our community that are very popular. The first is Meadow Restaurant, which has the best chocolate pie you have ever eaten. Second, are the Meadow Lights, which are a big hit around Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you have never had the opportunity to view the Meadow Lights, you are missing a real treat!! =) I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Elementary Education K-6 and a Reading Concentration K-12 degree, but I am a Tarheel girl all the way!! This is my 16th year in education and even though there have been challenges, I have loved every minute of it. I am currently the ESL Teacher for Cleveland Elementary School and Thanksgiving Elementary School.
My family is the most important thing in the world to me and I love them very much. My husband's name is Eddie and we have two children, Dylan and Danyelle. We love spending time together, and one of our favorite things to do is to go see a movie as a family. :) I love, love, love to read. My favorite book by far is Pride and Prejudice!!!
I always start my day with a smile and a cup of coffee!!
