Mrs. Jennifer Foulke
Welcome to Fifth Grade at Cleveland Elementary! My name is Jennifer Foulke and I will be teaching your child Math this school year. This will be my 24th year of teaching. I graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Early Childhood Psychology. I taught in Virginia for eight years and this is my 16th year at Cleveland Elementary School.
My family moved to Johnston County fifteen years ago from Newport News, VA. I have been married for 24 years and have three daughters-Madison (22), Mallory (20), and Molly (18). We have two cats named Stella and Bella and two beagles named Daisy and Reggie. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, shopping, and going to the beach.
I am looking forward to working with you and your child this school year. Positive and open communication between students, parents, and myself is very important to me. Please don't ever hesitate to call, email, or send me a note!

We are offering a new opportunity for our families this winter break. Parents are invited to sign up to receive holiday meal kits that will be distributed from all of our high school sites. Each meal kit will include seven days of packaged breakfast and lunch meals per child.
Information on social distancing in school settings has been recently updated by the NC Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). Upon receiving information from the NCDHHS, we consulted with the Johnston County Public Health Department on the impact these updates will have on our school system. This ongoing collaboration continues to guide our decision-making as students return to classrooms for in-person instruction.
