I graduated from Garner Senior High School in 1991. I attended Meredith College and received a Bachelor of Music Education degree with a concentration in voice. My teacher certification includes grades K-12. I began teaching music in 1996 in Wake County at Rand Road Elementary. I moved to Johnston County and taught music at Cooper Elementary School from 2004-2015. This is my 6th year as the music teacher at Cleveland Elementary School.

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
