Mrs. Loren Templeton
I graduated from Campbell University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Comprehensive. Following college, I entered into the Lateral Entry Program in Johnston County Schools. I received my license in 2016-17. I am coming up on my 9th year teaching at Polenta Elementary as a Music Teacher. I teach Chorus for 4th and 5th grade student, where we learn, sing, and dance to various songs.

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
