My name is Ms. Adams. I have nine years of teaching experience in Johnston County Public Schools at Polenta. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina State University. In my years at Polenta, I have taught Dual Language in 1st grade for four years, regular 1st grade for four years as well as 1 year in second grade. I am looking forward to our science enhancement and all of the new adventures and learning experiences that we will do this year. I grew up in Johnston County schools and I love working for the same school system as a teacher. I love watching all of my students grow and learn each year and

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23
We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
