Mrs. Heather Bryant

Mrs. Bryant is in her tenth year teaching Family and Consumer Science at Clayton High School, and in her 13th year in education.

Previously she taught Family and Consumer Sciences at Princeton High.

She is a graduate of East Carolina University with her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and her Masters in Business Administration. Her Family and Consumer Science teaching certificate is also from ECU. 

Mrs. Bryant is an alumna of Johnston County Schools and lives in the Clayton community. 

Mrs. Bryant is excited to be a comet all in again this year! #cometsallin

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
