I’m so excited to be starting my first year at Corinth Holders High School in the English department and my 27th year in teaching overall.   I graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in English Education and have a masters from ECU.   I live in Clayton with my husband and 2 daughters and I spend lots of time on the soccer fields, going to the mountains skiing and hiking, and I love to read and cook.

    I'm looking forward to a great year.  I'm so glad that we are starting our year in person this year and I can't wait to meet everyone in my class.  As first sememster begins, ere's a little bit of information for you guys.    I run my classes through Google classroom, and we will be using google meet for any necessary virtual sessions.   The class codes are linked below.  Please join the correct google classroom as soon as possible, but if you think your schedule might change, please wait until Monday at least.  My email address is donnadigby@johnston.k12.nc.us.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
