Hello! My name is Takisha Henry and I am currently the Life Skills teacher here at Benson Middle School. I have been teaching for 12 years and always had a passion for our youth. I have two daughters who takes up most of my time with their extracurricular activities. One loves to cheer and play soccer and my youngest loves to dance and track. I graduated from Fayetteville State University and received my teaching licensure through East Carolina University. I have a passion with making a difference with our youth and building them up to be leaders. I am also the founder and president of the Ladies of Pearls, a female mentoring program, the Loud and Proud Pep Club, and a cheerleader coach.
